Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly inspect items before making a purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note that we do not accept personal cheques or cash.

On-Hold Policy
We offer an end-of-day "On Hold" option for items. If items are not purchased by the end of the day the hold was placed, the hold will be removed.
Pickup and Storage
All items must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. If items are not collected within this period, a storage fee of $30 per day will be applied.
